CANCELLATIONS

-Cancellations must be made the day before the event for the deposit to be used as a Raincheck. (except holidays)
-Cancellations made the day of the event will lose the deposit to be used as a Raincheck.
-Once the game is delivered and setup, the event cannot be cancelled and the client will not receive money back.

RAINCHECKS

-Rainchecks can be used towards ONE event.
-When rainchecks are applied towards another event and that event is cancelled, the raincheck will be lost.

REFUNDS

-All dollar amounts paid towards an event over the deposit amount will be refunded when an event is cancelled.
