Do your bounce houses have a basketball goal?

Yes. Every bounce house we rent has a basketball goal inside, and so does every combo and toddler bouncer.

Do bounce houses have a slide?

No. A bounce house is open jumping space with a basketball goal. If you want a slide, look at our deluxe themed combos, banner themed combos or toddler bouncers instead.

How wide does my gate need to be for a bounce house?

At least 36 inches. Measure the narrowest point of the whole path, not just the gate itself — a gate that is too narrow is the single most common reason a delivery cannot be completed.

Can you set up a bounce house on concrete?

Yes. Grass setups are staked, concrete and blacktop setups are anchored with sandbags, and indoor setups are ballasted so nothing damages the floor. Turf and concrete setups carry a $25 fee.

What power does a bounce house need?

A dedicated 20 amp circuit for each blower, within 100 feet of the unit, with nothing else running on that breaker. We use our own cords. No outlet nearby? We rent generators — tell us when you book, not on delivery day.

What are the rider rules?

Ages 3 and up, 200 lb weight limit per rider, socks on and shoes off, no glasses or sharp objects in pockets, no food or drinks inside, and group riders by similar size and age. One adult must supervise the unit the whole time it is in use. Silly string and confetti permanently stain vinyl and are never allowed.
